Drugs can be very dangerous and there's always an element of the unknown when taking drugs or alcohol.
When someone's taken cannabis, ecstasy, LSD, mushrooms or speed there's a risk they might panic or become paranoid.
So how do you deal with it?
If someone's in a bad way on drugs or alcohol, call 999 immediately and put them in the recovery position while you're waiting for help to arrive.
Don't leave your friends on their own. Look out for your friends and make sure they look out for you.
You can find more information on how to put someone into the recovery position at the British Red Cross website.
